  • How do I become appointed to sell biBerk?

    biBerk does not appoint individual retail agents. We offer biBerk products through select wholesaler partners which allow you to quote, bind, and issue. Complete the form below to apply to become a partner!

  • I can’t log into the portal, what should I do?

    Watch this video on how to log into the portal or follow the steps below:

    • Make sure you are using the registered email you provided to biBerk.
    • Log out of the biberk.com/partners website, clear your cache/cookies, and try logging in again or using incognito to log back in.
    • If you are still having trouble, email technicalhelpforagents@biberk.com and include a screenshot of the error message.

  • How do renewals work?

    Policies automatically renew with the payment information we have on file. You and your clients will receive renewal details 35-95 days before the renewal date, as required by each state. Our agents do not need to do anything on their end, it is an automatic process.

    When does Underwriting begin their renewal process?

    Most policies renew automatically and without Underwriting (UW) review. However, if UW review is required as a condition of the renewal, that process begins up to 120 days before the renewal effective date.

  • Who handles claims?

    Claims are handled by our in-house claims team, or they’re assigned to a third-party adjuster. Our goal is to handle claims as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • How do I get a COI for my client?

    There are two ways to get a COI for your client. Go to our website: https://www.biberk.com/certificate-of-insurance and get an instant COI or call our agent service line at 855-430-7220 during the hours of 8 a.m. -8 p.m. CST.
