It’s easy to get a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on our website. Select Get Certificate at the top of this page, enter your policy number and the phone number associated with the policy, select Continue to complete the form and receive an emailed COI within minutes.

Downloading your insurance policy documents is easy, and you can do so in one of two ways. Click the View Policy Documents button in the email we sent you when you bought your policy, or visit biBerk.com/policyholders/declaration. Then, log in using your policy number and the phone number associated with the policy, and follow the directions to download your policy documents.
The first few pages of your policy are called “declaration pages.” They provide a summary of the coverages and limits on the policy.

Our policies have one-year terms.
If you're enrolled in Autopay, your policy will automatically renew at the end of your coverage period, provided your payment is successful. Visit the Autopay login page to enroll in Autopay or update your automatic payment method.
If you're not enrolled in Autopay and your policy is eligible for renewal, you'll receive a billing notice 30, 60 or 90 days in advance of the new policy’s effective date. You must make the required down payment in advance of the renewal policy’s effective date.

You must cancel your policies over the phone. Please call 1-844-472-0967 to start the cancellation process.
Be aware that this process varies based on your coverage and laws in states where you have coverage, such as legally required audits. You may be required by your state to provide proof of new coverage before canceling a biBerk policy.
